Full Time Baker
Responsibilities:
• Prepare & produce cake sponge, fillings, buttercream & other desserts.
• Discuss and develop new products & flavours.
• Maintain adequate supply of all prepared products on hand & ensures the proper storage and refrigeration.
• Maintain cleanliness & orderliness of your work station everyday.
Requirements:
• At least one year experience in commercial kitchen.
• Posses knowledge of baking techniques.
• Posses problem solving skills.
• Self motivated & responsible in your job scope.
• Maintain high standard of work ethics.
• Able to work in team.
• Able to work in a fast paced environment.
