- Free delivery slots: 10am – 2pm or 2pm – 7pm
- Kindly take note that we do not deliver to Jurong Island and other restricted areas. $30 charge for Tuas area.

- Any requested changes to delivery date, time & location within 3 days from the date of event will incur a charge of $30 as stipulated by our third party delivery service vendor.
- Any request with specific timing (e.g. by 1230pm, within 1-2pm, before/after 3pm) will incur a charge of $30 as well.
- Any request with timing out of the given range from us will also incur a charge of $30 as well.
- You may email us to request for the details on payment. The new delivery date, time & location will only be confirmed after payment has been made. – The recipient of the cake is wholly responsible for checking that the order specifications of the cake received. We will not be responsible for any damage that occurs after the delivery has been completed.
- If there is no one present to receive the order during the time slot chosen, a 10-minute waiting period will apply. After this period, the driver may leave the items at a safe location in front of the door, such as a door handle or a cabinet, if there is one. - In a situation where there is no one to receive the order, the driver may send the cake back to the bakery and there will be an additional charge of $30 for re-delivery fee.
- Gourmet Cakes/Custom Cakes: minimum 3 business days
- Customised/Bespoke Cakes: minimum 5 business days to a week
- Kindly email us if you would like to have amendments or cancellations on your order.
- Order Amendments are NOT ALLOWED within 3 days from the date of event.
- Kindly inform us 5 days in advance for Order Cancellations
- Payment made for confirmed orders WILL NOT BE REFUNDED. However, the amount can be kept as credit for your future order. No expiry date for the credit.
